Acupuncture Services

With Jenny’s 20 years of experience, she helps people uncover the patterns behind pain, mood, and aging. She then uses acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and fascia-focused touch to help the body establish stronger, healthier patterns.

Acupuncturists act like detectives looking for patterns. Symptoms are “clues”, and the practitioner pieces them together to reveal an underlying imbalance. The placement of each needle is based on this analysis.

How It Works

Modern research has shed light on why acupuncture needles work:

Nervous System Modulation

Needles stimulate sensory nerves, sending signals to the spinal cord and brain. This helps release neurotransmitters like endorphins (natural painkillers) and serotonin (mood stabilizer).

This option is perfect for acute pain, recovery support, or kick-starting change. This short-term reboot gives your system a strong nudge in the right direction. It can also be used as the beginning of care for chronic conditions if you are not ready to commit to the Pattern Reveal. This option includes an initial visit.

The Pattern Reveal

10 sessions in 8–10 weeks: $800

This option is ideal for chronic pain, complex conditions, and deeper emotional or metabolic patterns. Frequent, focused care allows us to reveal and shift long-standing imbalances. This option includes an initial visit if needed.
