What You Can Expect
When you call our office to make an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate the date and time that will work best for you. We will ask some basic information over the phone, and it is always helpful if you can have your health insurance information ready. We have information forms (available on this site) that will need to be filled out. You can print them, fill them in, and bring them with you to your appointment. Otherwise we will ask you to come 15 minutes early so you have time to fill them in prior to your appointment.
The doctor will take you to a treatment room, discuss your history with you, and evaluate you to determine appropriate care. It is important for you to voice any concerns you may have so we can help you feel more comfortable.
